We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us and we experience a sense of well being. When it is blocked we feel stuck, uncomfortable and generally out of sorts or ill. Bodywork can really assist us with shifting energy, provide a sense of relaxation and calm, helping to settle and reset the nervous system.
Reiki therapy is about restoring balance to the energy within the body thereby also restoring balance to the emotions and spiritual aspects of who you are. It works on every level of being.
Reiki goes where it is needed most and works for your highest good. It connects to the part of you that knows where you are stuck and what to do. All you have to do is be open to healing, however it presents itself. Benefits reported by recipients include deep relaxation promoting a calm, peaceful sense of well being on all levels.
Each person experiences Reiki differently depending on their individual needs at the time. There are no time limits on how many sessions you will need. Its not a quick fix process. A single session maybe sufficient but if you have long standing emotional, physical or spiritual issues, a series of sessions maybe required. Reiki will activate your bodies natural abilities to heal itself and if you find that helpful changes are taking place then it is a good idea to continue with treatments.

Anointing is an ancient tradition of vibrational healing and spiritual connection utilizing holy oils and energy balancing techniques. It is a tradition of consecration and preparation that will lead you to a more intimate experience with yourself and the divine. This age-old practice, found in most cultures and religions, honours the soul in its various rites of passage.
An Anointing session begins by creating a sacred space and identifying where you are on your life’s path. Anointing oils are then massaged into the body, beginning at the soles of your feet, and ending at the crown of your head.
