Payment terms for one off purchases, group workshops & events:
All payments are made at point of sale for one time purchases or when booking onto a workshop or event. Your payment reserves your place at the workshop or event. Payments are non refundable and non transferable and all sales are final.
Payment terms for 1-1 private sessions:
Private session appointments can be made by contacting [email protected] All new clients will be offered a free 20 minute online video appointment to review intake questions, discuss where you are on your current journey and if we are a good fit to work together. Depending on the outcome of this initial appointment, you will either be offered a choice of potential available private sessions or given information on services or other providers who will be able to help you.
All payments for private sessions are made when sheduling and are non refundable. If you have to change the date and time of your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 3 times only. Failure to give notice to reschedule will result in the session being charged for.
