Payment terms for one off purchases, group workshops & events:
All payments are made at point of sale for one time purchases or when booking onto a workshop or event. Your payment reserves your place at the workshop or event. Payments are non refundable and non transferable and all sales are final.
Payment terms for 1-1 private sessions:
Private session appointments can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org All new clients will be offered a free 20 minute online video appointment to review intake questions, discuss where you are on your current journey and if we are a good fit to work together. Depending on the outcome of this initial appointment, you will either be offered a choice of potential available private sessions or given information on services or other providers who will be able to help you.
All payments for private sessions are made when sheduling and are non refundable. If you have to change the date and time of your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule. You can reschedule up to 3 times only. Failure to give notice to reschedule will result in the session being charged for.
. Harmonious BEing products and services are not designed to treat or diagnose any psychological disorders. They do not replace Therapy. If you have any mental health issues please consult with your medical practitioner before joining or signing up for programmes, events or private sessions. The work requires breaking through old patterns and ways of being – an initiatory process that can feel uncomfortable. The experience affects many levels (mental and emotional), and is not for those who suffer from mental disabilities, depression, or have suicidal episodes. Jacquie Shenton and Harmonious BEing are not, and will not, be held liable for any assumed damage that is deemed to occur at any time. Participants and clients must accept that all knowledge is given in good faith to the highest known safety standards or perceived practices within the disciplines.
