Fun at Soul Spa

What an enormous amount of fun we had at this years SOUL SPA!

I was blown away by the beautiful creations of the participants and thoroughly enjoyed being a guest teacher.  Spending a bit of time slowing down and getting creative was exactly the medicine we all needed at this point in the year.

In deep appreciation and love to all who attended and a big shout out to my fellow teachers for their powerful offerings.  Such amazing women gifting transformation through art and creativity.
