What a magical experience it was to tie the Red Thread at Avebury. We went to visit our grandchild in Devizes and on the way back, decided to drop in and take a walk round the Avebury Stone Circle. I'm there once a year currently with Priestess Presence in ceremony and my husband and I visit there often. I feel a deep connection to the stones and the land there. Oh, the pub is pretty good too! After a short walk, we headed on up to the four majestic beech trees that stand to the far right of this ring. They are covered in ribbons tied to the branches and root system. These ribbons represent prayers and wishes to the spirits in the trees or for loved ones and you can really feel the magic flowing around the area. Three years ago was my first meeting with these trees and I tied a thread of sheep's wool to them for blessings for my family. This years visit was to wind in blessings to and from all the circles of sisters that I am part of. I used one of the Red threads from a recent circle already tied to my wrist with the intention of rooting us below so we may reach to the above stable, grounded, connected. It was such a deeply powerful experience to then spend time with the trees lying on my back. The breeze was gentle and I felt very comforted and protected in the safety of their roots, deepening my intention for all sisters to feel this level of support whatever circle they do or don't belong to and wherever they are on this planet. If you resonate with this as an experience then please add your magic to the thread in the comments. We are all connected via an invisible red thread ⭕️

Getting in touch with the environment is one of the activities that I like to do. Perhaps, it is because it is may way of reconnecting with the nature which is veery important to me. How were your trees lately? I know the global warming has somehow affected your trees and they new no longer like how they were before. But there are still things that we can do if we want to protect the environment. We just have to focus on the ways on how to do it.

Please please please anyone reading this, do NOT add ribbons or anything to the tree. It damage the tree and had been killing local wildlife. It's so upsetting seeing people claim to care about nature then doing things like this. Volunteers clear the litter (ribbons etc) from the area but it builds up too quickly to keep doing that and prevent the damage. Same is happening at other places where people leave "offerings" - it's not an offering to nature, it's a threat! If you must leave something, leave something natural like a long grass tied to the tree
